The flat-screen TV was a welcome addition for cozy evenings in, while the parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room. I found the complimentary toiletries to be of excellent quality, reflecting the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. Breakfast and dinner were culinary delights, with the homemade pasta being a celebrated standout. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made my stay feel truly special, embodying the hospitality that East Africa is known for. I wholeheartedly recommend Loveno for an enriching and authentic getaway.
